Everything was hot and fresh..nothing was greasy. Chicken pieces had nice variety and it was juicy. Fries were crunchy and biscuits buttery and hot.

placed the order and it was accepted by the restauran. afterbout 30 miis got a call from driver who was at storethat they did not have the sauce for sandwich. So I chose to downgrade my meal. they would not refund me any money that I overpaid.the driver then had to wait for about 30 minutes while the employees just stood around. the sandwich they made was plain no sauce or anything on it just bread and a piece of chicken. red beans and Red Beans & Rice should have just been called rice as almost no beans was in bowl.

You charging more money for smaller pieces of chicken than before. $18.00 for smaller pieces of chicken than when it was $13.98. I spent $20 for 5 chicken nuggets and a half full cup of red beans and rice. I'm not satisfied at all.

The fries were kinda trash and soft and cold. But the chicken was great and the sandwich was good too. I recommend getting the Wings and Wings Sandwiches Bundle It was good portion size except the wings were a little small.

Ordered an extra cup of hot sauce, they gave me the hot sauce batter which tasted like corn muffin mix with hot sauce in it. That was no sauce. It was batter to make the chicken, also stated that it would take 20 extra minutes if I wanted any legs or I could have the mail then if I would only accept wings and chicken breast. Horrible experience and the rice was hard
