The New! 6Pc Wings sauce exceeded my expectations the first time I tried this flavor as I thought of fast food. The wings were fresh and still crunchy. Smash Regular Mashed Potatoes with Cajun Gravy was pretty good, not oversalt, just right; I may place the large size next time. The 2pc Heart-Shaped Strawberry Biscuitswas new and good, not too sweet. With this deal was an excellent lunch.

This was the best chicken we've had in a long time. It was not greasy and pretty good size pieces. I hope that this stays this way for a long time.

Easy to give credit to stories about PopEyes failing. Skimpy servings of poorly prepared food.Chicken fingers that were more like chicken finger nails. Small thin slices, overly breaded and hard. Small overly breaded shrimp. Unable to distinguish the tail from the shrimp requires peeling off the breading. Too bad. I remember when 20 or so years ago they had excellent food.

The fries are always kind of bland, but the biscuits are really buttery and flavorful! The chicken is always a consistent salty flavor, but usually a little dry and on the thinner side!

Constructive feedback: food was fairly poor. Popcorn shrimp was $9 for 7 small pieces of shrimp. Not full size, just tails. False advertisement for the 1/4 pound shrimp. Food was also pretty cold.
