they have great customer service! they didn't have the apple pie but they gave me their chocolate chip biscuit and it was delicious!!! the sandwich was crispy and spicy and the fries were perfect! the mac and cheese was also amazing! 10/10 would order again!

Popeyes has become garbage. They seem to always make mistakes on the order, the "1/4 pound of Popcorn Shrimp" is a hand full of over fried partial pieces of shrimp, forgot fries, and the "four picece chicken combo turn out to be three legs and a thigh. Definitely not worth the price. So disappointed.

didn't receive the right item, side missing. some of the chicken I got was just not worth it. like 50 bucks for a couple small Mac n cheese n a few good pieces of chicken and a few that were basically just bone, and some popcorn shrimp. ill try a different Popeyes I guess next time

ive ordered from here several times, normally i dont say anything bad even when they forget something because the food is normally good. Today though the portions were super small considering how much i was charged for them. The mac and cheese was so over cooked the noodles were mushy, and the chicken has a weird after taste to it.

My order was correct this time finally. I suggest choosing Contact Me for "if item is not available" otherwise you may get some unexpected or missing items based on my past experiences before this order. I ordered the 5Pc Tenders Combo with Fries/MC/MP and everything was good. I even got my sauce which they almost always forget to put in the bag. I also got the Smokin' Rojo Chicken Sandwich free as part of one of their over $20 deals. It was a pretty large piece of chicken that was crispy and delicious there is no option to remove the pickles in the app but that wasn't a big deal. My only complaint was that the side cups for the MC and MP seem to be half the size that they were before. Its been a little while since I have ordered from here though so I may be confusing the side cups with another venue's.
