The best thing I can say about Popeye's is that the biscuit and Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie were okay. The shrimp were tiny and mostly breading.

The chicken was fill with like batter /breading so barely no chicken basically.. was of money if you don't like the outside of the chicken

Overcooked the chicken, middle of it is hard and chewy, absolutely ruins the whole thing.
