Ordered the wings, they tasted delicious. The issue I had was it took 20 minutes to get, way too long. Employees need to do better.

4Pc Signature Chicken. Great flavor. Breast was dry and stringy. Legs and thigh was great. The little wings were so small, virtually no meat. A few little strings of meat. Not the same wings as when you order wings. I love Popeyes, but this store in Sherman has problems.

The chicken was stale and off colored like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. most of most of the strips were breading and sinew. Not a lot of meat for the large price, only purchased because it was half off.

Was charged $58.13 for my meal and I got 2 of the wrong drinks. My family Group Tender Bundle was missing two tenders and I only received two out of four biscuits from the Group Tender Bundle. I received the wrong sauces as well, which would not be an issue if they didn't charge extra for it.

I was not not allowed to get the chicken Ghost Pepper Sandwich because there were no buns. I couldn't even have the chicken without the bun they refused to prepare it. I often remove the bun anyways. The Popeyes staff was rude to my dasher she had to go to another chicken store to get honey and hot sauce. I was met with two dry drum sticks and two dry thighs. Not my dasher's fault, I blame Popeyes completely.
