Shocked to see how little 1/2 beef of brisket is. Though it was very tender, it was incredibly oily, way too oily to finish. The coleslaw also had zero flavor. I had to add more mayonnaise salt and pepper. And $4.59 for that tiny tub of cabbage is robbery. Will be a long time if I am ready to risk this again.

Brisket portion for '1/2" was a single .25 inch slice. Sausage was not smoked at all.

Gouda Mac & Cheese is good. Smoked Chicken Half is really good too. I just wish you guys would update your menu better. If things arent actually available, itd be nice to know that before it keeps getting delivered missing things
