I was so excited to see Portofino's on Door Dash! It's difficult for me to get downtown to eat there. This was amazing. I especially enjoyed the Shrimp Mushroom Artichoke pasta. The lemon-butter sauce is something I often crave. My friend and I are planning to go for our birthdays in a couple of weeks.

As always the food was fresh and delicious! The portions are plenty for 2-3 people to share. Trying the Shrimp with Artichokes and added spinach and extra artichokes for a minimal upcharge. The side of pink sauce is to dip my shrimp or rolls. Well worth it!!

There was barely enough sauce to coat the Spaghetti with Meatballs, I had about a third of my spaghetti that wasn't able to have any sauce on it. The meatballs looked and tasted as if they came from the freezer aisle at the grocery store. While I was looking forward to the dinner, I wouldn't order from this restaurant again.

Baked Beef Lasagna & Garlic Cheese Bread
"Did someone spill a salt shaker in there?"
I travel a lot for work and LOVE lasagna so I like to try all the different styles and flavors if there is ever lasagna in town. I have to say, this was mid. Mediocre to Bad. I prefer ground beef over Italian sausage, so I was hoping this was going to be amazing. The reason I gave it 3 stars was because it tasted like almost EVERY ingredient (besides the sauce) was beyond over salted. The tomato sauce tasted homemade but as if it's just blended tomatoes. Very watery and bland. The sauce was totally under seasoned in that regard. The garlic bread was also not that great. Probably a 2/5. Not sure if I even want to finish this meal.
To be clear, when I cook for myself, I normally heavily salt because I tend to have low sodium levels. Trust me when I was this serving was almost unbearably over salted.
I'll give it a 3/5 because I like lasagna, but if you're not a lasagna lover, you might think it was a 2/5 or worse.

the portion sizes are huuuuuuuge! Spaghetti with Meatballs was basic but good, the Garlic Cheese Bread was really good, and the Tiramisu was amazing.
