Don't know how they did it but my soup was still hot on arrival. Sandwiches are always fresh, bread is fantastic. This is a great soup sandwich option when it's cold outside as it's a heartier meal. I am a repeat offender.

Before today I had never had Potbelly. I had seen them around and always wondered how it was. Well, I can now say it was AMAZING!!!!! The A WRECK sandwich was great and worth the price paid. The meats and cheese on the sandwich were awesome. The veggies were fresh and added the right amount of balance to the sandwich. The HOT PEPPERS 🔥🥵🌶 WERE ACTUALLY HOT!!!!! This made the sandwich over the top for me and will be added to future orders.

I made a group order for contractors visiting the office for business. Everyone's order was perfect, and labeled well. I submitted the order around 10am when they opened, and it was ready when I went to pick-up. Thank you so much for making this day special for us!

The way that Potbelly's labels its food and bags is AMAZING. No one else on Doordash takes the time to label each sandwich or salad AND put a receipt on the outside that says exactly who each item is for. LISTEN UP EVERYONE ELSE

This place has the best Italian subs in ohio. the cookies, and soup was heaven thank you for being one of the few restaurants out there that still crank out quality food! thank you thank you thank you!
