Just received Mac and cheese that wasn't cooked thru. It was chunky with unmelted cheese curds, potbelly is usually a creamy Mac. Something was very wrong with the batch. I recommend ordering from a different potbelly.

What a joke with the prices, $20 for one sub and $4 for a 20oz soda you're better off ordering from Jersey Mike's or any other sub place

I think pricing went up in the past couple of months on the app, but frankly, their quality is so consistently top notch that it's easily worth paying for

Could not finish the sandwich with the amount of black peppers in it. I did not taste anything other than black peppers in that sandwich
