Food was great! The original sandwich was really big. Chocolate Brownie Cookie was so fresh and moist!

The Skinny Sandwich + Cup of Soup was very good. The amount of protein was a little sparse, but the flavor was excellent! Good crusty bread. The Chili had a mild heat and was very fruity with the tomatoes and peppers. I would order this again.

Probably one of the best sandwiches that I've had in a long time. I called the store and verified that they had the broccoli cheddar soup and they did, and the guy that answered the phone was not only polite and courteous, he said he would personally take care of my sandwich and made sure that everything was done the right way. Customer service is something that a lot of companies have had problems with in the past, but I will definitely go back to Potbelly's because I got great service.

These have to be the best sandwiches in town. They always do them right, and they are delicious. I started eating the sandwiches a few weeks ago, and I can't seem to get enough. Their broccoli cheddar soup is also very good.
