Good sandwich but small for $10. Also topping requests were not correct. Soups nice and warm

I ordered a BIG and received a sandwich that was not the quality that I’ve been getting. It was the size of the ORIGINAL to say the least. I’m not sure if it was because I ordered closer to closing or not. With a BIG I can feed about 3 people but not with this one.
