The salads were well made and good portions of toppings. But the kids' Mac and cheese were cold and barely filled. The sandwich was small, sparse ingredients, and smashed down.... just not very appealing. Potbelly's prices have gotten out of control lately so we hope at least for the quality to match.

I ordered a large ($17) sandwich and they either gave me a small or their portions have drastically decreased in the last few years. The bowl of soup was half full, and the chips were missing. There are much better options than this.

I wouldn't order from here again. I usually get jersey mikes but thought I'd try here. There was hardly anything on the sandwich and it was missing my add ons. It was bread with a few slices of turkey lunch meat and that was it. Sticking with Jersey mikes

2 slimy pwices of bacon & a couple tiny peices of avocados on my Blta. Sent shake I won't/can't drink bcz they're out of what I ordered . Then comes over an hr after ordinance, stated 33 min wait originally. Everything abt this was just ridiculous. You shouldn't have charged me for a drink I didn't order, should have just been refunded . The sandwich, horrifying for the price. Never again.. Also, this review box suck bcz you can't even see what you type until done so you can't correct errors. This experience as whole has just sucked.

Scheduled an order for 12:10-12:30. Dasher was at the store waiting for over 20 minutes. Order arrived at 12:55. Also, wish there was an option to customize the sandwich. The photo for the veggie melt showed all sorts of toppings in the sandwich and looked yummy. The sandwich that arrived only had mushrooms, cheese and avocado. Very dry and disappointing. Speaking with coworkers they shared that Potbelly has been slow and late with orders before. Certainly not ordering again.
