I got the Italian sandwich and it's usually pretty good but today there was way too much lettuce and only 2 very thin pieces of meat. It did not taste like it should. I won't be going back for a while!

Will definitely be putting Potbelly in the regular rotation! I couldn't even finish half of the skinny sandwich. And the broccoli cheese soup is amazing. Oh and the pickle is as big around as my arm. It's ridiculous. 😂

I got a skinny avo turkey sandwich with their hot peppers. I'd send a picture, but it's all gone. They are always consistent. The sandwiches are always delicious. My gosh I love potbelly. I am so stuffed and it was just a skinny.

They did not include my sandwich and when I called the store instead of apologizing or anything I was told just to call DoorDash. The salad had old avocado, just didnt seem very fresh... I'm usually enjoying potbelly but this was pretty disappointing if you ask me.

Thank you for securing my order. The Chili Mac spilled over everything AND even though I ordered the Chicken Club both without bacon, I had to discover that there was in fact bacon in my sandwiches. Had to remove it.
I don't think it's my dasher's fault because the bag was stapled shut and seemed secure on the outside.
Luckily I was at home, I definitely won't be ordering for lunch at work!
