• 2/2/24I got the Italian sandwich and it's usually pretty good but today there was way too much lettuce and only 2 very thin pieces of meat. It did not taste like it should. I won't be going back for a while!

• 12/24/21Will definitely be putting Potbelly in the regular rotation! I couldn't even finish half of the skinny sandwich. And the broccoli cheese soup is amazing. Oh and the pickle is as big around as my arm. It's ridiculous. 😂

• 4/4/26I got a skinny avo turkey sandwich with their hot peppers. I'd send a picture, but it's all gone. They are always consistent. The sandwiches are always delicious. My gosh I love potbelly. I am so stuffed and it was just a skinny.

• 1/30/26They did not include my sandwich and when I called the store instead of apologizing or anything I was told just to call DoorDash. The salad had old avocado, just didnt seem very fresh... I'm usually enjoying potbelly but this was pretty disappointing if you ask me.

• 7/11/26Thank you for securing my order. The Chili Mac spilled over everything AND even though I ordered the Chicken Club both without bacon, I had to discover that there was in fact bacon in my sandwiches. Had to remove it.
I don't think it's my dasher's fault because the bag was stapled shut and seemed secure on the outside.
Luckily I was at home, I definitely won't be ordering for lunch at work!
