Project BBQ is amazing. Great taste: quality: quantity: price ratio. Brisket is a banger. Mac nd cheese slaps. BBQ beans are good too. Will definitely order again and try the full menu.  TOP TIER BBQ in JC!!!

Everything was awesome!
Cornbread casserole, slaw and beans were all delicious and the meat was so tender!

I really like the meat and the sides. The brisket is my favorite. The Cornbread Casserole was good. The barbecue sauce just isn't my favorite. I think it's cumin in the spice mix. This is just my personal taste though. Would recommend and will eat here again.
