Tomato Bruschetta really tasty and the bread was amazing. German Chocolate Cake very, very satisfying. Spinach & Pear saved for next day & so fresh coming in. It did not suffer with the wait at all. Cannot often say that.

Was 65 with tip and the food was so-so. It was a really small portion of pasta and the pizza was decent, at best. We could have got the same food at Sauce for half the price

Very enjoyable combination of ingredients in Spinach & Pear salad, dressing tasty. I ordered salmon and it was perfectly cooked. German Chocolate Cake was amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed my order from Proof Artisanal Pizza and Pasta.

We love ordering from Proof, and will continue to do so. But the level of quality on their salads is poor.
This is the third time we've ordered the pear and Gorgonzola salad, and every time it's either missing ingredients, or bruised and rotting spinach. This time, we had rotting spinach.
Come on, guys.
