This store doesn't know how to make the Loaded tortilla soup yet. They filled a container used for small sides with my $12 soup. Last time they just filled one of their paper burrito-bowl bowls.

my burrito barely had anything in it. I got the brisket birria loaded with all kinds of things and it's literally the smallest burrito I've ever seen. Def not worth the 15 plus dollars

The food was great but I paid triple the amount I should have paid for a couple of diet cokes. They sent regular Coke. If customers are paying a premium for your products you should work hard to get the order correct. Diabetics cannot drink soda with sugar.

The tacos were slapped together and slightly wrapped in foil, the side of queso was missing, and the bowl was only half filled when a full was ordered.

One item was completely left off the order (Chicken Queso Bowl). We called the store (which is literally across the street) - at first they wouldn't bring a replacement because they were short staffed. Then when Pam at Qdoba said she was leaving with a catering order and I asked her if she could also bring our Queso Bowl, she said yes - but never came. Also, the receipt had a handwritten note that said "Sorry no burrito" even though we didn't order a burrito - not sure how that got on the order since we didn't order it.
