I was craving for vịt quay Combo 1 Duck & Buns (Tray Vịt Quay + Bánh Bao) & heo quay Roasted Pork Combo Family Tray (2 -3 people) Bánh Hõi Heo Quay and stumbled upon this restaurant which I think is new... and omg its so good, nice and crispy!! I'm usually afraid to stray from my regular go to restaurants but this place did not disappoint!

The roast pork is very inconsistent with the quality. Ordered the pork & duck with rice previously. Duck was very dry. Pork was very good - warm, maybe a bit too fatty, perfect amount of crispy.
Ordered the Rice Plate, Pork & Veg (Cơm Phần Heo Quay) this time. Did not match the photo. The "veggies" was just plain unseasoned boiled cabbage. The pork this time was not good. it was cold. the crispy top was very hard and tasted bitter.

Ordered the Roasted Pork Combo Tray and a pound of Char Siu pork, and they did not disappoint. The pork belly was nice and crispy!

I was hoping to enjoy this meal, but the flavor of the roast pork was a bit strong for me from what I've been used to.
The fruit tea was so sweet even though I requested 50% sweet. Not sure if they saw my note requesting to adjust the sweetness level.
I had to add more water and squeeze in some grapefruit juice to try to adjust the sweetness level myself.

I ordered the Combo 1 Duck & Buns (Tray Vịt Quay + Bánh Bao). The duck was ok. Not fatty enough and the meat seems like on the sweeter side. I thought it would come with the green onions/scallions but it did not. Sauce is your typical that goes with the buns and duck meat.
