the Desayuno Quetzal / Quetzal Breakfast was good but they didn't put the cheese with it. they also gave me Piña / Pineapple juice instead of watermelon juice. they gave me guacamole instead of an Avocado. i also asked for no ice in my drinks and they put ice in it anyway so my drinks got watered down quickly. I was disappointed with all the errors but it was still good food.

The steak and chicken Tacos had no flavor at all and the al pastor Tacos was nasty in my opinion. They just had a very weird taste to it like it was spoiled. Ive had al pastor plenty of times at different places and this was actually the worst, the taste was really off putting. The Piña / Pineapple was great really sweet and refreshing I really enjoyed it. Sorry this seems so mean im just being completely honest.

The food is more bland than I had expected. The portion sizes are generous. we did not receive salsa like we do at some restaurants, perhaps that would have spiced things up some. The fajitas had a nice poblano pepper on top that I cut up to spice mine up with.
There was no cheese on the tacos, and none came with the fajitas. I usually love guacamole, but this guacamole was so heavy in lime and salt that I couldn't eat it. The sour cream did not look fresh. The lettuce & pico were very fresh.
My family complained that the steak on their quesadilla and tacos was chewy, and several pieces were inedible due to gristle. however, my husband liked that the tacos were so light, and we all agreed that the homemade tortillas were awesome.

I ordered 3 steak tacos and a chicken taco NO SEASONING on neither meat. Meats was very very very dry! Cheese dip was loose. Salsa and grilled onion was the most flavorful out of my order.
