The CUBANO sandwich is very good. Their FRIES are crispy. I like this combo and order it often.

Not up to par with the Quiznos I grew up with, but it wasn't too bad. My suggestions are clean the fryers (could taste old oil in tots) and grill (charcoal taste on sandwiches) more often. I would also get bacon strips for the sandwiches instead of that processed crumble bacon, and the food flavor quality will go up for sure.

GRILLED CHEESE was hard as a rock that my son couldn't even bite into it and the TOTS weren't cooked.

sandwich was good quality just didn't meet my taste needs. live and learn. they did however include 2 fresh chicken tenders as a free sample. these were tasty and was a very nice gesture.
