My Crab Rangoon was so good even better than a place I went to before and the Vegetable Lo Mein had yummy big vegetables in it and great flavor. I got the homemade duck sauce and homemade mustard as I love those mixed as a dip for my crab Rangoon I like the package mustard a little better as homemade was a little watery but the duck sauce was great. I got steam rice and it's good and I saved some for breakfast with a little sugar , milk and butter which I love as a hillbilly from Missouri living in Sarasota FL now. I've ordered Concrete Mixers from this location several times (x12 so far), and they consistently arrive melted because the store prepares them far too early. I've visited in person and watched the staff make the Mixer immediately after the order is placed, then leave it sitting on the counter at room temperature while the rest of the food is still being cooked.
By the time the DoorDash driver picks it up - especially if there's any delay - the Mixer is already liquid. Other Culver's locations nearby keep Mixers in the freezer until the food is ready, and sometimes even until the driver picks up the order, and the product arrives perfectly frozen every time.
This location needs to adjust its workflow for frozen items. The quality here is not consistent with other Culver's restaurants."
