Maki is the traditional introduction to sushi. Raw or cooked fish, seafood, vegetables or a combination of these are rolled with rice and seaweed and cut into 5-8 bite-size pieces.
A fun and simple approach to sushi. The ingredients are laid out flat and then rolled into a cone shape resembling an ice cream cone.

From our famous shareables and extravagant sushi platters to our delicious entrees, our chefs will prepare something amazing for your party-the best part is, you get to take all the credit. All orders include ready-to-serve packaging, utensils, plates, and napkins. Catering orders require a 2 hr notice. All items are packaged to serve 8-10 people. For parties of 10+ people please contact your local RA Sushi restaurant, 24-hour advance notice is recommended.
