This used to be our favorite sandwich. The meat was tough and fatty. The bread has changed. It also had half the meat as usual which was fine because it was inedible anyways. Very disappointed and won't be returning to the Hixson location.

The food was well packaged, and when it arrived it smelt pretty good, but to be honest, it was very bland. I had the Chicken Alfredo and the sauce was very runny, and the chicken wasn't seasoned or seasoned enough. It also arrived luke warm, which is to be expected somewhat on a delivery, so I don't hold that against them. My spouses Spaghetti didn't come with enough sauce, so she had to use some of the what I assume was dipping sauce to get it up to par. The bread sticks were nothing special, and the garlic bread was decent at best. I think we both ate about half and just had enough. It may have just been an off night, so thats why I gave it three stars, but personally I was not a big fan.

The entree was good but the carrot cake was disgusting. It looked terrible, was so hard I couldn't cut it and it tasted like soap.

I requested rice instead of fries on both chicken meals which I have received in my last several orders and tonight there were only 2 chicken fingers in kids meal when there have always been 3 previously. I only requested black olives on my pizza and they've added what I think is beef which I'm allergic to.
