Ramen Hiroshi absolutely deserves every bit of praise! The Tantanmen ramen was out of this world — the broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice and creaminess. Every bite felt like pure comfort in a bowl, and the noodles had that ideal springy texture that shows true craftsmanship.
The Chicken Karaage was equally impressive — crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside, and made even better with a squeeze of fresh lemon and their savory dipping sauce. It’s the kind of dish you can’t help but crave again the next day.
From start to finish, the quality and attention to detail in every dish make Ramen Hiroshi a must-visit spot. If you’re looking for top-tier ramen and perfectly fried karaage, this is the place to go, even when we did delivery, despite the rain.

Not impressed. The Tantanmen wasn't spicy at all and had a very pungent onion odor, more than most. Couldn't finish half of it so I junked the rest. The Chicken Karaage lacked flavor and got a small (and I mean small) dipping sauce. Presentation was beautiful and neat and clean but, sadly not something I'll spend my money on again.

Food was great. It would be nice if we had the option to remove items from menu items and the build your own bowl wasn't so expensive for the same items in the menu selection. It doesn't make sense that the build your own costs so much more when you get the same size bowl and same number of items as other menu items.

We have been customers for years but the prices have gone up drastically and the quality has gone down. The serving size of the meat is half what it used to be.
