I ordered the #4 MI-SO-HOT (Tonkotsu), it's my absolute favorite here. BUT I just adore this place. I used to work at samurai noodle for almost five years and learned a lot about authentic ramen and how to make it. This place is soooooo goodddd. The noodles you can tell are house made and they boil it just right so there's a light crunch in the bite. I don't remember the actual term for it but yeah. And the broth!!! For tonkotsu's they got the rich thickness down! Love it

This ramen was so good! The noodles were fresh and delicious. The crawfish was juicy and the portion was perfect. Love the sausages, too. I would definitely order it again. However, where was the egg? That's the best part and it was missing from the ramen this time.

The #1 THE OG (Tonkotsu) broth tasted like a warm hug. It was definitely made with love and was delicious. There were plenty of noodles and toppings. It was a solid bowl of ramen. I just wished the chasu pork was slightly less sweet and had a char on it. That's my only critique. Other than that, it's a perfect bowl of ramen.

Not necessarily bad, but small portions considering the price compared to other nearby ramen. The broth for #1 THE OG (Tonkotsu) was extremely bland. The broth for #4 MI-SO-HOT (Tonkotsu) was great. 5.5/10 overall.

I've heard fantastic things about this Ramen place, and to say, I am disappointed as an understatement I selected the Kid Ramen because I wanted a small portion. I got takeout so the noodles and the broth were separate, which is fine but when I tasted the broth by itself, I gagged and disgusted as it had no flavor. I immediately ran to the fridge and grabbed soy sauce Sriracha really any sauce that could give it flavor. The noodles tasted frozen, not fresh. And then I ordered the Chili Oil Gyoza. I was beyond excited as I am a big fan of gyozas. The sauce was separate, which was fine, but the taste of the queer itself was quite unsettling. I know it contains pork, but it had a rancid smell that I have never experienced before eating gyozas. I am glad I did not get a full meal as the quality tasted poor. Needless to say, I would not be ordering again. My Dasher was amazing and provided me everything fresh in a timely manner. Needless to say I will not be ordering again nor visiting this restaurant in person.
