These are so good. Ive always gotten them every time I go to raspados Jalisco. If you dont know what salchipulpos are, theyre basically sausages cut into a octopus shape. If you ever get them and dont know what condiments to put on, I personally like to add ketchup, mayo and Valentina hot sauce, perferably the black label one (more spicy). But 10/10 would recommend

The gorditas had dry tortillas and the meat had no seasoning. The asada on the tacos had no seasoning and came with no salsa or toppings that we added on.
