The Big Louie was so good. And the Medium heat green chili has got a kick! I will definitely be ordering from here again!

I made an order for pick up and from that point it said the order would be ready in about 15 minutes for pickup. About 13 minutes later, I got there. I could hear someone in the back and I waited awhile waiting for them to come up front, about 15 mins. I assumed the order was still being made. I saw someone twice in the back, but there was no acknowledgment of me being there. So I eventually called the store twice to see if it would bring someone up front. Eventually someone did. I told them my order and they said to give them 5 minutes. At this point, it should have been done. I didn't expect much with the food because I'm sure it wasn't being made the whole time it took me to get there plus the time I waited.
The food was gross... Poor quality and certain ingredients were overcooked while others were undercooked. I didn't even finish it and ended up throwing it away. Disappointing.

LOVE this place. So glad they built a second location closer to me! The PJ is amazing, it tastes so good! I'm ordering it a second day in a row

3rd order now. First impression was delicious! Second time no gravy- dry dry dry. Third attempt forgot to add the breakfast meat. Will I try a 4th time? Would you?
