There are a bunch of Jamaican restaurants in the city, but Rich’s is the best. The food is so flavorful, you can taste it right away. It’s the only place that serves jerk pork and stewed pork, and it’s absolutely delicious.

I've been enjoying this food for three years now.
Jerk Chicken with extra Sauce is good.
Smoked flavoring , tender meat and flavorful jerk sauce. Seafood soup is a large portion and has a distinctive taste that is very welcoming. The chef is always sweet to me when I come and Lexi the cashier helps out when I cant drive and order on DoorDash. I highly recommend the restaurant. Small dining area seats approx 10 people , ala carte style preparation.

When I tell you Rich and em ATE DOWN, THEY ATE TF DOWN! Jerk Chicken ( leg quarter) was super flavorful, juicy, fresh and hot. Portions; HUGE. The white rice was fluffy soft and buttery. Thank y'all! Straight fire. 10/10. Everyone needs a raise ngl. I ain't NEVA had jerk this so good and jerky. I love yall. I'll be back!

It's been a while since my last order, when I tried to order the portions sizes were not showing.. It's usually small, medium, large. I called restaurant to inquire.. they fixed it where it showed med & large.
I purchased the medium $16 Curry Chicken & the portion to me seem like a small version compared to past orders.
Definitely becoming inconsistent with orders. Last order I had all rice and a pinch of cabbage. Guess it will be awhile before I order again. Use caution

The Chef made this dish with love.
The food taste authentically Caribbean, not franchise. The Chicken patty was seasoned and home made, didn't taste frozen.
I will order from this establishment again. Please continue to serve fresh authentic food.
Been here in Cleveland Ohio for five years, I tried other Caribbean establishments. The food prepared was taste like left overs , overly seasoned or not seasoned.
A big disappointment
