3 pc Chicken Tenders + Side was perfect. Corn was delicious. Smoked Baked Beans had a little heat but tasted great. ColeSlaw was so creamy and good!

As.someone who has to work during lunch because I have to monitor people.w/disabilities while they eat their lunch, sometimes I will doordash lunch. I doordash Richie's frequently because Richie's was the only restaurant who "Got it Right." But the last 3 times I've ordered, the quality of the pieces of chicken that I received was horrible. The first time, I'm like ok, I'll let it slide. The 2nd time, I'm starting to doubt. This time I'm hesitant and thinking I can wait til I get off but I gave Richie's the benefit of the doubt. After today future doordash will be from my back-up restaurant. All three pieces of my chicken( 1 leg and 2 thighs) were either overcooked and/or left under the heating lamp too long. All 3 pieces were VERY dry and the outer skin was extra extra extra crunchy. The wedges and roll were the only items fresh. Please, stop giving customers pieces of chicken that you would not pick for yourselves.

This is the 2nd time I have tried this restaurant. It's terrible. the chicken taste old. The peach cobbler was burnt. the greens are canned glory greens. Awful I had to door dash because I was at work or I would have taken it back. Terrible I need a refund. thrown in the trash. Don't do it!!!!!
