The beef was properly cooked and was very flavorful. I appreciated how the beef mixed with the noodles, tomatoes and onions to bring in the real Peruvian-Asian fusion.

Love this place and it's epic variety of bowls. I tried the Sour Tuna Bowl, ingredients were very fresh and it has an amazing "Acevichada" sauce, yummy!

I used to LOVE the seafood rice bowl because they included a really good sauce with it. The last two times I ordered the bowl, there was no sauce with it. So sad. Plus the bowl got smaller.
