I ordered a Peanut Butter Mudslide Sundae and it's all a mess totally melted together looking like soup. I'm not happy about that. My other sundae was perfect by that Peanut Peanut Butter Mudslide Sundae was awful

I order 3 cho cherry gilatis nd they gave me all vanilla I also paid 6.00 for the custard thatwas lessthan 1/2 cup for both that I ordered. Last time i ordered they did the same thing , guess they giveyou what they feel like and not what you pay for and when i called door dash they never answered left me onhold . Poor customer service, cancelling my membership

Why are yall selling whats listed as a gelati but giving people a cup full of water ice?? The smallest dollop of custard on top & none at the bottom at all. The reason for ordering a gelati is to get the custard too

The Italian Ice is alway good but I also got a sundae and paid extra for the waffle bowl which they left off. Paying this much for dessert is bad enough but at least get the order right!
