These are great but I have 2 issues... one is the concretes always say the center is filled with Hot Fudge or REESE’S Peanut Butter but they rarely have the filling. Better than half the time it's a hole that's left empty & it slowly fills with the ice cream. I just wanted to point this out in hopes management will reiterate how they are to be made.
Once I commented concerning the Cookies n' Cream Concrete & they made sure it had hot fudge that time. The peanut butter one that time still did not have the filling, it was just a hole for it. I shouldn't have to request the fudge in the center if it's listed in the description of the item.
We still reorder but I hope this gets their attention so they fix that. Portions are great. Concretes are always fresh & it's become one of our favorites to reorder. Just please train staff to fill the centers with whatever that one calls for... (fudge, peanut butter, strawberries, apples) That's my only complaint!
The second issue is a DD thing.... if I do a double dash they're supposed to be delivered together. This no longer happens. I wouldn't care much but it's not fair to whoever takes the second order. The second order is usually a small order with a lower tip. I just want the drivers to be compensated is all. Plus, the last 3 or 4 orders our ice cream arrives before our dinner... last night dinner was delayed & we had ice cream waiting. It was delivered 30 mins before dinner...

I ordered a large Create Your Own Sundae, I got a regular size. Thier ice cream and Italian ice is incredible. I would always check your size.
