First time to try it and it was AWESOME 😍😍 so refreshing and cool🥰 I got the Island infusion gelati blender with vanilla custard and it was PERFECT and my husband got the lemon gelati blender with chocolate custard and he really loved the mix😍💜💜 WON’T BE OUR LAST TIME hopefully 🥰 Got it through Door Dash and it was really quick ✌🏻💜 This will be our next stop with our friends 💃🏻💃🏻 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED✌🏻

I am in the hospital and was so happy when I saw Rita's was on the list of ice cream shops because they closed ours down in Columbia SC (harbison). so I ordered a LARGE waffle bowl with vanilla custard and sprinkles. When I got the order it was packed with gummy candy a few sprinkles and melted custard. VERY VERY DISPAOPINTED. FOR what I paid 15$ was definitely not worth it.

I ordered two times in one week and they consistently do not read what is getting ordered. I have ordered chocolate gelati and get vanilla. I have called to talk to them and they said they double check and they didn't do anything incorrect. No accountability.
