• 11/24/24We got the Sausage Breakfast Burrito and thought the potatoes were dry and it was chintzy on the sausage. They were hot when they a so that was nice.
The Carne Asada Quesadilla was not worth the price paid. It is very thin.

• 3/16/26i don't care if it's basic, but i have been hunting for the best bean and cheese burritos in san diego for the past 2 years, and literally nothing compares to roberto's. the tortillas are so fresh, it is beyond affordable for a big burrito. i probably order from this place 4 times a month.

• 6/1/26The Carne Asada Fries are my go to. Always on point, the fries are crispy and never too oily. The habanero hot sauce and dark red sauce are amazing and pack some heat be careful. At times they can be cheap with meat portions on the Carne Asada Fries specially during lunch or busy hours. I wish they would add the Carne Asada Fries to their lunch specials list for savings and I would order almost every day...melted cheddar or white enchilado cheese is also great but need to ask or they won't melt it. Will probably get again soon its a must when craving fries.

• 11/7/25Roberto’s Taco Shop is fire! Every time I come through, the food hits the spot. The carne asada fries are loaded just right, the tacos are packed with flavor, and everything tastes fresh. The service is always quick and friendly, even when they’re busy. You can tell they take pride in their food — real authentic Mexican flavor. Whether it’s late night or lunch, Roberto’s never misses. Highly recommend! 🌮🔥
