Please Please save your money and get store bought sushi. the store bought is literally better than here. It's sad, it shouldn't be. Oh and if you're thinking you'll get a big portion of the ginger Ginger Salad when you're buying the $10 version? no. they'll give you the side salad that you could have bought for $4. the Fresh Salmon Sashimi is DEFINITELY not fresh. it was so full of water and old and literally dangerous to be served not fresh. The other thing is... hot sushi?? Never heard of it, and why haven't I? it's because it's disgusting!! who served warmed up imitation crab on top of cold sushi rice rolls?? This place does not know how to do sushi.

2nd time I've ordered from here. The first time was delicious, but this time it was awful. I got the Eel, Japenese Bagel, and Shrimp Tempura rolls. The eel had bones in it and they all were hard and the fish in them didn't taste fresh. Plus the rolls are the size of a quarter. Not worth the money in my opinion.

We have the crown surfer and the twisted tuna
We have a rock 'n' roll sushi in Cookeville, which is the one we usually go to
We assume everything is going to be the same however the twisted tuna did not have hardly any flavors in it like the one in Cookeville

Given this isn't a ramen place I am being lenient with my rating but noodles were overcooked. The broth was pretty tasty but in my opinion the price for the portion isn't worth it. I've had better ramen with 2x portion at the same price at Hokkaido. It was good in a pinch since I am sick and needed something late, they're open until 9:45pm on DD. Would I order again? Yes because it's just convenient but I'd probably try something else..
