Roka Akor in Old Orchard Mall in Skokie, IL is one of my top 10 favorite restaurants. The food is fresh and nicely prepared. Excellent service. Especially like the sunroom for a more private eating area.

Ordered 2 of the crab roll and ate both. I love crab and I loved these rolls. Hit the spot on a 90 degree day.
Also best miso soup ive had because i love mushrooms.
Just want to add that i dont usually eat sushi but will be ordering this again :p

Salmon Tataki was SO flavorful. Wagyu Beef Dumplings are a 10. Husband loves the Brussels Sprouts

the black cod smelled like a lake and tasted like one. the salmon had no flavor and both dishes were cold. the broccoli was burned and tasted like ash. the hotpot was nothing like rice. the dish was so cold that the sauce on top was hardened like a jello consistency. the sushi was decent and the only edible thing to come from this order.
