OMG, this was better than my other Jamaican spot. I don know where to start with the review.
Everything was seasoned perfectly- not too salty and not too peppery.
I had the Oxtail with Collard greens and yams with a side of White Rice. The portions they give is well worth the price. You won't be disappointed!!!!

Oxtail were so tough and rubbery, I've ate here before and know the meat usually falls off the bone. Not sure if aunty retired and niece took over, but if im paying 50 for food the meat needs to be tender. The rice and beans were decent, the cabbage also taste different from before but not awful. The cup of gravy was exceptional, made the side dishes 2x better. Candied Yams were OK, I had to add some cinnamon and sugar to level out the overwhelming ginger taste.
Taste 4/10 This is about the overall dish, the oxtail are so tough they at 2/10. the sides are a generous 5/10.

Probably won't order again, ate here 6 months ago and had high hopes.

This was my first time ordering and I was satisfied with the freshness and flavorful jerk Jamaican Jerk Chicken and Peas and Rice!! The collards greens needed more seasoning like garlic powder and onion powder and a pinch of sugar. Very generous portions, I have enough for dinner or left over lunch.

Love Roland's , The jerk chicken is always well seasoned and the portions are very generous.Also had colored greens and rice, every was outstanding.I don't see Mac and cheese on their menu anymore? It was always delicious and sold out.

Delicious food, just what we needed! Been travelling around Texas for two weeks but has been the first time we've managed to find Soul Food and it didn't disappoint, Oxtail was tender, cabbage selicious and Curry Goat so tasty and flavoursome!!! Portion sizes generous, highly recommended 😋💯❤️
