Having eaten at the Kitsilano location (when it existed) dozens of times, it baffles me how this can be so unbelievably bad. Patties cooked until every molecule of moisture is gone. Stale buns. Missing ingredients. Almost 30 dollars for a burger that most restaurants would throw out as a mistake and re-make.
The MAGIC MUSHROOM (FAVE) came with a staggering single slice of "caramelized" onion.

very small quantities. For almost $5 extra you don't get many fries. the cheese used for the burger didn't taste great. next time I will go in instead

The actual burger patty in the standard was crumbled and literally in a dozen small pieces. There's no way that happened in transit ... shocking the chef would think it was acceptable to serve. The chicken in the Nashville was chewy - it seemed like it had been cooked days ago and popped in the microwave to heat up.

normally the food is very good when we go to the restaurant. however, we ordered the SCRATCH MAC N CHEESE and I'm not sure if they changed the recipe or what but it very spicy. red flakes and the sauce was red/orange. my child wouldnt eat it and my mouth is still on fire
