I absolutely love this place!! The taste is so good and reminds me of California taco trucks. They listened to my specific requests on my burrito and bowl perfectly. Food is always hot and fresh. You receive a good portion for the price as well.

This is one of those restaurants where I think it depends on who's working. Ordered us some Breakfast Burritos a couple weeks ago, and they were HUGE. Almost the size of a qdoba Burrito. This time they were barely over half that size. Ordered with spicy salsa inside, which was not there, and tasted super salty this time, with little meat inside. Didn't taste as fresh as last time either. I have had many great orders from this restaurant, but this one was disappointing. Still love Romo's and will order again, but this was ok...

Bro straight up reminds me of Cali taco trucks thank the lord! Never thought I'd find good Mexican food in this town but here we are. Highly recommend. Only Mexican food I've found that's good from castle rock to Pueblo.

Gross. I'm pretty sure they have not tasted their own food. Ordering Mahi tacos from a Mexican restaurant was probably on me... but man the sauce they put on it tasted like a sweet soggy tartar sauce. yuck and then the burrito. all I got was a chicken burrito but the flavor of it was gross....never again. definitely not a fan.
