This place is my new breakfast favorite. Bagels are crunchy-on-the-outside, chewy-on-the-inside, just like they should be, and the toppings are spread in generous portions. I dare you to find better deli-style fish, or bialys of any kind, anywhere else in Denver.

Rosenberg's Bagels and Delicatessen is hands-down my favorite spot—everything they make is unmatched in quality. The bagels are perfectly chewy, the spreads are flavorful, and the deli selections are out of this world. You can taste the care and craftsmanship in every bite. I just love this place!

These bagels are the closest to back east bagels as you can get in Colorado. So fresh, great sized bagel and their egg bagels are amazing. I would order this again and again.

If an item is called 2 Balls Matzo Soup it should come with 2 balls, not one 🤣
that's not what killed it though, it was all pretty unseasoned including the pastrami sandwich.
Shoulda stuck to bagels.
