Ordered a French Dip with provolone. It came with neither provolone or au jus! As a result, the sandwich was very dry.
I've ordered this item several times, and have been mostly satisfied each time, but this time it was a little disappointing.

I bought the Philly cheese on July 11 and it was lively. today it smelled like coffee, the roll was burnt and there was no sauce. it was horrid and I think a refund would be appropriate
