So, this was the first time I've ordered from Ruby's.
First, they were out of one of the cakes I'd req on the Cake Flight, but instead of just picking one for me, they asked the dasher to find out which I would prefer. Kudos to you!
Second, on the Cabbage Rose Chicken Salad Croissant, I upsized my chicken velvet soup. When it arrived, I had a cup instead of the bowl.
When I called to ask about it, the lady was so sweet! She actually sent someone from the restaurant with an additional cup of soup (so I would have the bowl I had ordered), but when it arrived, they had act sent me TWO!
Even if the food wasn't good, which it definitely was, I would still say youve gained a loyal new patron.

Ruby's has the best chicken velvet Bowl of Soup & Side Salad I've ever had! The portion size is appropriate for lunch time. The Unsweetened Tea is freshly brewed! The Macarons were perfection! All of their desserts are amazing! You can't go wrong with anything you choose! I would order all of this over and over again!

I didn't really want to have to build my bbq pulled pork sandwich. The pork came separate which did not have any taste to it so you had to layer in the bbq sauce on the bun to make sure you could get the entire taste you were looking for. The Mac n' cheese didn't have much taste to it unfortunately. The cinnamon roll wasn't very soft like I was hoping for and the icing had a weird taste. Overall, not terrible but not the best.

ordered a croissant bacon,egg, cheese but got a biscuit with barely cooked biscuit and a tiny strip of some kind of cheese that was terrible. ordered 2pie flights -1 with 3 pieces of sugar cream and got 1 piece of white cake, 1 piece of German choc cake to which I'm allergic, 2 cookies NO PIE. The other pie flight was to have 1 butterscotch, 1 sugar cream and 1 chocolate but got 3 butterscotch. it's valentine's day and I cannot drive and the sugar cream was for my husband as it's his favorite and have none.
