Ever since Cowboy's BBQ left Tucson, I have been searching for decent BBQ. Boy have I found it!! Their Brisket and Pork Ribs were moist, tender, and juicy. The sides of Cream Corn ,Cole Slaw ,New Potatoes , and Corn on the Cob were the perfect accompaniments.

Rudy's Two Meat Sandwiches are one of the best values on DoorDash. Packed with enough meat for two meals, easily!. Brisket with the cheddar jalapeño sausage is stacked so high with meats, you will not be disappointed. Follow up with a double dash of fries and a frozen treat from that local place in town that makes everyone's favorite fries and ranch, voila, perfection.

If 10 stars were available, I'd give it to Rudy. I've probably ordered half a dozen times. The food was excellent. No fatty filler meat. It's just pure tender, excellent brisket. Another thing worth mentioning is the fact that my orders always arrive exactly as I ordered. That is something that, unfortunately, doesn't happen near enough anymore.

The best bbq I had in Tucson portion size was huge. It's was super fresh the meat was juicy. I will definitely order again

Excellent BBQ beef. Sandwich loaded with meat. Very high quality. And love the peach cobbler. Highly recommend it!
