Potato is great, maybe a little old. Not fluffy like a baker out of the oven, but chunky. Still good, and a filling meal with the one meat added. I wish Rudy's would pack the bagged kit of pepper, onion and pickles like when you personally pick it up. This is our 2nd go round and no "fixins" either time. I stipulated on the order but I guess no one reads that part. Door Dasher was on time and courteous!

Upon consuming my baked potato and the two-meat sandwich, I encountered several issues. The sliced beef was exceptionally hard and non-chewable, while the brisket’s appearance, as depicted in the picture, was far from appetizing. It is uncertain whether this brisket was from yesterday’s preparation. I am deeply disappointed with the quality of the brisket, which was the primary component of the sandwich. Given the cost of the meal, I was surprised to receive only a "plain baked potato" and a "single-meat sandwich." I would like to get reimbursed for the difference.
Will not be ordering from here again.

DO NOT waste your money on the baked potato. Go to Pappas BBQ if you want to real baked potato with meat, cheese, butter, sour cream and chives.
Rudy's should be ashamed to serve a large baked potato with a teaspoon of butter and cheese, no option for sour cream or chives. I'm still not convinced there was any butter on my potato. Thank goodness I had butter & cheese at home.

I ordered a half pound of moist brisket and was not too happy with my order. When I opened the wrapping for the brisket, I did not like the look of it. I prefer to see some burnt bark on my brisket, just like they show in the photo. Tasted OK, but I've tasted better. They do not allow you to leave comments on what you want, if they did, I could've put my preferences and maybe get some better looking and tasting brisket. Their baked beans also was not up to par, tasted very basic and I did not see any brisket in there as advertised. Most barbecue baked beans from these big BBQ Restaurants usually have some chopped brisket in there and that gives it some good taste and flavor, But not the baked beans from Rudy's. Corn on the cob tasted like it was soaked in water for too long and was a little soggy. I've tasted better food from Rudy's before, but was a little disappointed with my order. I wish I had ordered something else.

I have tried everything on the menu, Rudy's never disappoints. When my company of 450+ caters lunch with Rudy's, the office is always packed. Moist brisket and jalapeño sausage are my personal favorites, but anything here is top-notch.
