Takoyaki(6) was warm doughy and delicious. The ginger on top was a lovely addition. For sure being added to my future orders.
The Kuro(Black)Tonkotsu Ramens broth is incredible, not sure I've ever had such flavorful rich broth. The noodles were cooked to perfection and had a nice bounce to them. Had a sip of my buddies white one, think I will try that one next.

This is one of the few places that makes really good cold ramen dishes in and around Roseville. But even coming from the Bay Area this place would still be in my top lists for this dish Hiyashi Chuka

the only thing they did wrong, was thepotatoes were undercooked. the katsu was delicious and the curry tasted good, but undercooked potatoes can be dangerous. 4/ 5 stars, please just adjust the potatoe cooking time. Love having this place close to work.

All in all really good. a little pricey at $20 for a bowl of ramen...but...some of the best Tan Tan Ramen I've had in a while.
