Hello, I ordered a flower delivery for my wife for Mother’s Day, but I’m very disappointed with the quality. Within just a few hours, the flowers wilted completely, even though we placed them in fresh water right away. This was meant to be a meaningful and special surprise, and it’s upsetting that the bouquet arrived in such poor condition. As shown in the attached photo, the flowers are no longer suitable for display. I kindly request a refund or replacement. Thank you for your understanding.
