Chicken Katsu was alright - a bit thin on the chicken! but delicious none the less. Food here is *always* amazing. They got the best swet potato rolls.

Sakana is a great place for Japanese food, complete with hibachi dinners prepared in front of you on a teppanyaki grill. There's lots of good food and lots of fun,too. What more can you ask for?
The tangy tofu with noodles is both spicy and tasty.
The age tofu is fried tofu prepared in the more traditional way.
The vegetable pad Thai is great for those of you that like rice noodles and is a little crispy.
The harumaki is a vegetable spring roll cooked just right.
And don't forget to order the spider man maki roll with extra wasabi for a real kick start. Make sure you order the spider man roll, and not the regular spider maki, and you get a large orde of soft shell crab wrapped in avocado and eel sauce on top. Yummy!
And add a few pieces of evidence sushi to complete the meal.
Also, with the tangy tofu and noodles, you get a cup of delicious miso soup and a Japanese salad. Prepare to get a lot of practice boning up on the supplied chopsticks.
Sakana Japanese Foods is a real good deal.

LOVEE the sushi here. Their spicy kani roll & sweet potato roll taste great. The Manhattan Roll is my favorite!! Perfect combo of shrimp, crabmeat, & avocado. I order from here at least once a week. Prompt service & fresh sushi. Highly recommended!

So so so so so good. My favorite sushi place to get from! My favorite is the tamago (egg) sushi. If you like eggs, be sure to try it! I hope they start selling it in packs as I tend to get multiple at a time anyways. All of their sushi is great though and you really can't go wrong with any of the rolls.
Presentation is also amazing too, the rolls come in cute containers with some ginger and wasabi with grass printed dividers so your sushi doesn't touch the wasabi, assuming you're iffy with spice like I am!
The little thank you on my bags sometimes are a sweet and small gesture. Shows how much care they put into their food! Try them... you won't be disappointed :))

I most recently ordered the Spicy Tuna Maki, Assorted Tempura Appetizer (with a side of duck sauce), and a side of Fried Rice. It was all absolutely delicious! I've ordered from Sakana a few times now, and they always do such a wonderful job! Each time the food has been amazing and the staff has been friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Sakana!
