Three corn tortilla topped with Monterey jack, Mexican rice and beans. Choice of sauce: al guajillo - medium hot sauce and deep fried taste of guajillo peppers; tomatillo - verde tomatillo sauce, jalapenos, coriander, lime and garlic.
Hot plates, sauteed peppers, onions, Monterey jack, guacamole, sour cream, warm flour tortillas, Mexican rice and beans.
All specialty plates includes Mexican rice, re-fried beans, small salad.
Served with papas fritas (fries) or Mexican rice & juice or aguas fresca.
