Everything was great! Pat's Ribeye was cooked perfectly and so tender. Broccoli was buttery with just the right amount of salt and cooked to perfect tenderness without being soggy. The Smoked Macaroni & Cheese was delicious! You could taste it before it touched your tongue. Everything was mouth watering!

Fried Mushrooms I wish they were fried a little harder and need a little more seasoning.
The so-called dinner salad they offer was a joke that was like a few pieces of lettuce and a hunk of cheese. Really?
They charged me 10.99 for grilled shrimp... I literally received 4 shrimp!That was a joke!
Porterhouse , Otherwise, the food was good and well cooked and tasted pretty good for restaurant food.

The barbecued pork ribs were delicious, & the portion was huge. My Caesar salad & baked potato was good also. I like that their croutons were crispy, but not "chip a tooth" hard. Very good Christmas dinner.

Wagon Boss Top Sirloin perfect,Chocolate Cake it wil take me 2 days to eat. Dr Pepper (20 oz) taste is off.

I feel l the steak was not up to the standards I've come come to expect from Saltgrass. The steak wasn't as flavorful as usual and was a little under done compared to my requested level of done-ness. Onion straws were soaked in steak juice. Not the end of the world there but it would have been nicer if they were crispy. Got NO butter for the bread loaf. Salad was ok. It's a salad. Only critique is there were only three croutons. Those are so good. Gave me three croutons packed separately but no butter for the bread anywhere. Still good overall, but disappointed nonetheless.
