The three meat sandwich was way overdone. There's no mayonnaise on there. I clearly sent you a picture of half of the sandwich. It has no meat on it. No mayonnaise. I usually am very happy with your order. Whoever works on Friday doesn't an amazing job, but whoever works on Mondays, I will not order on Mondays again.

I have always really liked this Mancino's. But this time the quality was just not even acceptable. The Italian grinder was so skimpy. The last time I got the kids the cinnamon sticks they loved them this time. They might've been just plain dough with no cinnamon icing or sugar at all on them.

Soggy lettuce in my Chicken Bacon Salad . 3 tiny pieces of chicken...might have been a blessing since it had an odd texture. Boneless wings may have been from Wal-Mart's freezer section. I've had better cheese bread from the freezer section for sure. Pretty terrible all-around.

Breadsticks - should be renamed to bread nuggets. They definitely leave a lot to be desired compared to the previous Mancinos locations in the area. They are about half the size.
Dips - cheese and pizza sauce come straight from the refrigerator.
Grinder - asked for extra Mayo, struggling to find even a normal amount of Mayo. Meat was very skimpy. They were quite generous with the lettuce.
Pizza - it was ok.
Overall it wasn't terrible but it could've been better.
