The brisket mac and cheese was nothing more than some over almost room temperature mushy pasta tossed in with clumps of stringy beef that's unable to even be chewed properly and a sauce of some sort which was difficult to truly distinguish since it had separated and was now just coagulated matter at one end and water at the other. The cheesecake...was subpar at the very most and yet still found itself as the static the show.

Cajun Chicken Sandwich was nothing special - it seemed like they took a regular chicken burger, slapped some garlic mayo on it and called it "Cajun". Poutine was flavorful but gravy had a lumpy, gelatinous consistency.

Chicken wings were flavourless without the accompanying sauces. French dip could use a little seasoning. Fries are standard Cavendish fare. Overall passable but could be better.
